Ingredients
For the Crust:

- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, cooled

- ½ cup mascarpone cheese, softened
- ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in heavy cream, coffee, liqueur, and vanilla. Do not overmix.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake: Wrap pan in foil and place in a water bath.
- Bake 60–70 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
- Turn off oven; cool inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Cool completely on a rack.
- Topping: Beat mascarpone, cream, sugar, and liqueur until smooth.
- Spread evenly over cheesecake.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.
