Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 full sheets)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Tiramisu Topping:

  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, coffee, liqueur, and vanilla. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Bake: Wrap pan in foil and place in a water bath.
  8. Bake 60–70 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
  9. Turn off oven; cool inside with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  10. Cool completely on a rack.
  11. Topping: Beat mascarpone, cream, sugar, and liqueur until smooth.
  12. Spread evenly over cheesecake.
  13. Chill: Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  14. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
  15. Slice and serve chilled.
