I just made the BEST homemade corn tortillas (I think they were the best) using Bob's Red Mill Masa Harina! It only calls for the corn flour, hot water, and salt. I used a Colombian-made cast-iron tortilla press I purchased on Amazon that flattened them to just the right size. Check it out!
